Refund policy

Returns
You can cancel your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, according to consumer protection laws. Make sure the items are unused and in their original packaging. Want to return your order? Email us at info@tidez.nl and we will send you the return instructions.

Exchanging Items
Items will only be replaced if they are defective or damaged. Want to exchange a product? Email us at info@tidez.nl and you will receive the exchange instructions.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Information
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
